I have one herniated lumbar disc and one herniated thoracic disc. My herniated disc rehabilitation has been very successful. I’ve had no flare-ups since training with Jazz. I have no more dullness or low level of constant pain on my back. I can move freely without thinking about movement. When I started training with Jazz I couldn’t do more than 3 chin ups at a time. I can now complete up to 10 in one go. My record to date is 12 chin ups in one go. That’s more than a 300% increase in strength in just two months! I can play with my son without fear of injuring myself.

I have one herniated lumbar disc and one herniated thoracic disc.

The tension, soreness and pain was located in the herniated lumbar disc and they caused me lots of flare ups.

Over the last five years, the flare-ups started happening more and more regularly and lasting longer.

They would cause me excruciating pain and debilitating impairment, which meant that, as long as the pain remained, my daily routine became extremely limited.

When in pain, I couldn’t move properly.

I couldn’t walk properly.

I couldn’t lift anything and I couldn’t bend sideways. I could barely put on my socks, let alone do any kind of physical exercise.

I was, for all practical purposes, a disabled person.

One of the effects that my injury caused me when a flare-up happened was an emotional one.

At the time of a flare-up, I’d become depressed, feeling very low, unable to enjoy my life and my loved ones.

Having tried different options over the past years (like physiotherapy, acupuncture, massage, anti-pain and anti-inflammation medication, etc) I decided to search for a highly specialised personal physiotherapist and fitness trainer.

I found Jazz through a friend who used to have lots of back pain and problems due to a herniated disc, sciatica and back injury but, after having trained with Jazz, she had become stronger and pain-free in a short period of time.

Now, having completed my training programme, I feel much better, both physically and emotionally. I increased my strength, flexibility and coordination considerably.

During my rehabilitation training with Jazz, he motivated and supported me throughout, which, in turn, was very helpful in increasing my confidence.

As a result, there’s a big difference between how I look and feel now and before I started training.

For me, the exercises I enjoyed most were lunges, chin-ups, and butterfly. They’ve been the hardest and the toughest.

When I started training with Jazz I couldn’t do more than 3 chin ups at a time.

I can now complete up to 10 in one go.

My record to date is 12 chin ups in one go.

That’s more than a 300% increase in strength in just two months!

Another example is the lunges.

It looks like a very simple exercise but, in fact, it’s quite difficult to pull off.

It requires multiple body segments coordination, flexibility, balance and strength. In short, it requires high functionality.

When I started doing lunges, it was painful and exhausting.

But, little by little, it became one of the most comprehensive exercises for my body.

My lower-back and legs flexibility has increased considerably.

A few examples on how things changed for me in the last two months:

  • Feeling of lower-back pain: 85% improvement.
  • Feeling of lower-back tightness: 75% improvement.
  • Feeling of lower-back strength and resistance: 95% improvement.
  • Twisting flexibility: 60% improvement.
  • Bending and lifting capacity: 75% improvement.
  • Bending sideways and lifting: 75% improvement.
  • Upper-body strength: 300% improvement.
  • Overall legs flexibility: 40% improvement.
  • Abdominal muscles strength: 25% improvement.
  • Overall wellbeing and stamina: 85% improvement.

I’ve regained much functionality, whilst I strengthened my core muscles.

I’ve had no flare-ups since training with Jazz.

I have no more dullness or low level of constant pain on my back.

I can move freely without thinking about movement.

I can play with my son without fear of injuring myself.

I am stronger, faster and better.

I now know there is a safe and healthy way towards a flexible and strong body and back pain-free if you suffered from a back injury.

I enjoyed training with Jazz because he is not sessions based but, results orientated.

But, most importantly, not at the expense of risking re-injury.

His mantra is, “safety first!”

Jazz has a profound knowledge of back rehabilitation. And he’s shown the highest levels of professionalism.

For the customised back pain packages he creates for you, and the results he achieves he has very reasonable prices.

Based on my personal experience in working with Jazz, if you are suffering from a herniated disc, low back pain, sciatica pain or any type of back injury, I’d highly recommend his customised back rehabilitation packages.
