The last step is possibly the most essential, because it is the binding glue of any successful fitness exercise approach, nutrition or body-transformation programme.

We all change over time. We may have children, become parents or just getting older. Our circumstances, jobs may change, from active, to sedentary, and vice versa. All these changes in life mean that doing the same thing and expecting the same results is unrealistic and won’t work.

So, to maintain a successful weight loss programme, always make sure to:

REVIEW periodically  your programme – does it still match your needs or, have things changed?
