In accordance with the first Weight Management Point or the first blog, here is the 2nd POINT and Lesson:

We all have strengths but also challenges and weaknesses, some of us love a bit of snacking in between meals on foods that may not be aligned with the targets and goals we desire to achieve, others have a sweet or salty tooth, and some of us give up just when we’re about to reach a positive point on our weight loss programme.

If that’s the case I always use this opportunity when working with my clients to make use of the very comprehensive life-coach process I have personally designed that puts them in charge by allowing them to successfully own and overcome these challenges.
