ENJOY taking your GAINS FORWARD – Use Alertness and SKILLS

Well done for achieving your desired fitness levels and weight loss goals, but now the hard part and play has just begun as the food industry tempt us every day with images of foods that are scrumptious looking on the outside but dangerous from inside and disease causing in the long run. This is because most of the fast-foods advertised are heavily and chemically tempered and loaded preservatives and E-numbers.

We all push ourselves when we want to achieve something, but, what happens after we achieve it? Sit Back and Relax?

Well, in short, for some people the answer is- ✓ YES and for other people the answer is-✘ NO.

Now that you are where you want to be, it is much easier to maintain the targets and goals within the foundation you’ve worked towards and achieved. One of the secrets is to assure that you keep your awareness that is trained awake and alert instead dropping it or just letting it deactivate. The skills you built can work for you or can be wasted and not make any difference for our journey – but the ability to choose IS OURS! 

Let’s face it, the food marketing industry will always try to tempt you with “luscious images of so called tasty foods”  (INSERT IMAGE) however be aware that if these “choices” will be SO healthy they wouldn’t need to be advertised in the first place!.

In fact what they are offering you most of the time is chemically tampered cheaply produced profit driven junk foods that are full of E-numbers, excitotoxins such as aspartame, and other chemicals and even plain toxins such as cosmetic chemicals that are found in some fast foods.

These unnatural compounds increase the free radicals in your body and are creating mutant cells and painful diseases in the long run such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes and ultimately cancer – there is only so much your body can take from this chemical bombardment.

Bearing this in mind, our body doesn’t just automatically “adapt” to its new shape – our cells, muscles, and mind take sometimes a good amount of time to get out of old habits while building new ones.

So let’s stay inspired and mindful, pushing ourselves and achieving, continuing to exercise, and eating tasty and healthy so your energy will be up and your skin and face will look youthful and smooth, shinning and hydrated. Continue looking after yourself and feel as great as you did when you first got to where you want to be.

THAT is the real success, and a true sign for achievement. It’s easy to lose weight for a few months, however to continue to be healthy and fit for life, requires great focus, knowledge that builds in time and serious dedication. The question is, how dedicated are you?
