On a pain scale from 1 to 10 on a day to day basis how do you feel and what is the state of your injury?

  • Pathological– I suffer from a knee injury, herniated disc or back pain etc, and I have restrictions in my daily activities and movements
  • Functional– I’m functional but, I sometimes I experience pains and I can’t really exercise without worries or play sports as I wish – this makes me feel anxious.
  • Optimum movement – I move at my best, I don’t have any pains and exercise and play sport without any restrictions
  • If you already have a diagnosis for a back injury or knee and want to recover and feel at your best I will work alongside you or with your physiotherapist or medical doctor and I will professionally supports you to move from a pathological state to a functional and optimal movement patterns.
