I contacted Jazz because I wanted to feel stronger, more agile and flexible not just in my daily life but also when I work.

This is exactly what Jazz and I worked on in our sessions. I needed to be stronger in my core and after experiencing some back issues.

Jazz was able to focus the training entirely on sorting out these problems and making me stronger and more flexible.
I reached out to Jazz also because I wanted to increase my level of stability and fitness.

I am an opera singer working on some of the world’s foremost stages and I needed a level of security in my strength to protect me from injury.

I needed someone with experience in training so I knew the work we would do would be efficient and tactical.
I needed someone who could help me with some pain rehab and Jazz, with his experience in this field, was an obvious choice for me.

I contacted Jazz through his website and I received a very prompt reply with keen interest in my story and also how I envisioned my fitness journey in the future.

He was extremely flexible with his time, and I know he is a busy man.

He was also very keen to set out exactly what was needed before we considered training.

We set goals in our first meeting and talked about my history with fitness, history with injury and sport.

We began training after we set a schedule and discussed a training timetable for the short time I had left in the country.

PTMWe were both keen to start training in person as we were dealing with some delicate, injury specific plans.

We trained privately at my location which Jazz traveled to with no complaints.

Our training began with a complete physical assessment by Jazz.

It included observation of how I moved and how I had compensated my movements over time to gather information on how we needed to proceed to make the changes needed.

The training was focused to my every need with a large variety of exercises picked specifically to help me achieve my goals.

I was afraid of injury when I would move in certain ways for a long time but after working with Jazz, I now know how I need to move safely and I have the strength to be able to do this safely now too.

As well as improving my strength, to improve my flexibility was another of my goals.

Jazz worked me hard on this and I feel now my flexibility has much increased.

We trained a lot on hamstring flexibility to help with some back issues I was experiencing.

I started off barely being able to get to 120 degrees and now can easily hold a 90 degree or even negative angle in a reclined hamstring stretch.

 

This has really helped my everyday life as I would experience a lot of tension and referred tension pain from this.

Now I feel very stable and pain free.

When I work on stage, I feel very safe and pain free and able to explore more physical options than I would have been able to without Jazz’s training.

I feel much more agile and Jazz was very open with how he saw my progress with agility and flexibility.

During the training I was also able to learn a lot about how to achieve the most out of the exercises safely and with Jazz’s knowledge he was able to teach me exactly what I needed to do to take them away with me after our training to execute them safely and with the best outcome on my own.

Throughout our sessions I noticed I was begging to change.

I saw more muscle development and I was becoming leaner and more toned.

I found my posture was more upright and I had more control over my body.

This also improved my confidence.

I was more confident to move not only in my daily life but also in my working life, which really made me at ease whilst performing on stage.

As well as confidence it also made me feel more connected to my self and this made me feel more positive in my daily routines.

Jazz was able to create a very focused programme for exactly what I needed.

There was nothing generic with this training and everything came exactly from what I needed.

Jazz assessed my needs completely and created an extremely personalised programme.
