I enjoyed every minute of our training. Jazz training method is very effective.  He focuses on the goals and the needs of the person he trains and he takes time to customise every training programme to his clients’ needs.

My  training programme was completely tailored to my needs and Jazz was very  motivated to reach my goals. I can now train my whole body with just a few exercises and I can do either 30 minutes or one hour and I feel very refreshed afterwards.

In addition to my Pilates personal training with Jazz every day I go into the office I started running or cycling to work  and I even signed up next year for the London marathon.

I became way more flexible and during the running and cycling I also increased my endurance a lot. I improved my posture and I also toned my muscle.

I never met anyone to know more nutrition than Jazz.  He answered every question I asked.

Jazz really motivated me.

He inspired me to rethink my diet and I definitely eat more healthier than I ever ate before.

I recommend Jazz, – I can’t recommend him enough!

For me Jazz was  the perfect trainer.  I really enjoyed training with him he is a very, very good personal trainer I felt  very comfortable with him  and I will recommend him to anybody.

It was great fun and I really liked it.
