Step 3. Comprehensive Dietary Analysis comprising food recordings, macro-micro nutrients, total energy intake, nutrition profiling and specific nutrient interaction.

This service analyses all your protein, carbohydrates and fats percentages, their sources and effect within your body. All your nutritional recommendations and nutrition diet plan are based on recorded nutrition facts and completely tailored to all your body individualities, challenges and goals.

Step 4. Two follow up face to face meetings – OR if you travel…,  you can use email AND phone/Skype consultation. If time is an issue, I will provide you with easy-to-follow instructions and a  special dietary analysis nutrition form to record the foods you consume.

Please return the dietary analysis form to me by email to analyse your macro or micro nutrient intake, nutrition profiling and nutrients interactions.

 PLEASE NOTE: The Comprehensive Body Assessment, Nutrition Consultation and Dietary Analysis are all carried out in one go, at the same meeting.

Please allow 2 ½ hours.

If time is an issue for you, we’ll perform the comprehensive body assessment, nutrition and diet consultation at the first meeting, and I will then, provide you with instructions and a nutrition form to complete on your own.

After you will return this to me via email I will perform the nutrition dietary analysis, and determine the individual nutritional approach and techniques your programme will need to succeed.

You will receive – Bronze package breakdown:

  • Very important nutritional  and diet educational material/links delivered by me directly to your inbox and follow up support.
  • 4 weeks of customised and progressive nutrition diet recommendations completely tailored to your needs, gender, metabolism, chosen activities, individual targets and specific goals etc. This will be delivered by me directly to your inbox after we completed the dietary analysis breakdown.
  • A face to face nutrition food coaching meeting  or, if time is an issue, a 25-30-minute phone call, further discussing your needs, your nutrient intake, food choices, – all nutritional diet coaching and all the necessary nutrition diet strategies to maximise your health and lifestyle benefits.
  • 10-15 minutes of phone/Skype coaching after starting the 4-week programme.
  • One day of a macro or micro dietary nutrient and diet intake analysis. I will give you clear instructions and a nutrition form to record your foods in the comfort of your home. You need to return this to me by email. Then, I complete the comprehensive macro or micro dietary nutrient analysis, nutrition profiling and nutrients interactions.
  • The next 4 weeks of your customised nutrition and diet programme to follow, completely tailored to your needs, chosen activities, individual targets and unique goals etc. This will be delivered by me directly to your inbox, after the 2nd dietary analysis.
  • A face to face nutrition food coaching meeting or, if time is an issue, a 25-30-minute phone call, discussing your nutrient intake, choices and the nutrition strategies we need to consider to maximise all your benefits.

Please give yourself 2 ½ hours to collect the information required.

If time is an issue for you, we’ll perform the Nutrition and diet Consultation  and the Comprehensive Body Assessment at the first meeting [please allow 1½ hours for this task], and I will then provide you with clear instructions and a simple nutrition form to record your food consumption, at your leisure.
